Four Corners Pediatrics

On vacataion, our youngest experienced some ear pain, and we were pretty sure it was an outer ear infection, or so-called swim-ear. We called the four corners pediatrics in the morning, and they told us we could come in before 9am, and they would have a look at it. 10 minutes after arrival, we were with the doctor :-) Doctor Dan was awesome! Good with the kid, nice, friendly and prescribed some ear drops to take care of the infection. He told us our son could still be in the pool, but keep the head above water until he was better. That's a big step up from the last doctor we saw an on vacation, who put our son on antibiotics and told him to stay out of water for 2 weeks (try telling that to a 5 year old on vacation). Now a day later, my son is already a lot better, and very happy to be allowed a swim when it gets to hot. We drove from davenport to the gulf coast yesterday, but if any of the kids get sick during the remainder of the vacation, I'm seriously considering the 1 1/2 hour drive back instead of a local doctor. Two thumbs up!
